It is very likely that somebody else has already encountered the same problem, and a solution or explanation is available. If you do not find a satisfactory answer there, please confirm that your software is up to date, as your problem may have already been addressed in a newer version.
Periodically, product Updates are released which correct known issues with Snitch software. These updates are free to download, and when run, will automatically update the software on your system/s to the latest version. Download the latest update for your product here. If you cannot find a solution to your issue in the FAQ section, you may find that the problem has already been addressed in the latest update patch.
